Tips for selling Spirit Cups

1. Greet & Engage your customer: Introduce yourself and engage your customer with your story.

"Hi, my name is Olivia and I am raising money for my dance studio to compete in nationals this year."

2. Get to know your customer: Find out which team is your customer's favorite.

"Spirit Cups come in your favorite NFL, MLB, military and NCAA teams, who do you cheer for?"

3. Increase your order: Now that you have found out which team your customer likes, ask them to if they know anyone else who would like Spirit Cups.

"That's great that you love the Patriots, they are an exciting team to watch. Do you know any other sports fans who would enjoy Spirit Cups? They make great gifts."

4. Collect all relevant information and money: Now that you know your customer's favorite team, it's time to get their information.

"How many Patriots Spirit packs do you need Mr. Williams? Great! May I please have your mailing address and phone number?"

5. Thank your customer: Thank them for their order and give them an approximate time that you will return (remember, cups will be shipped to your association within 3-4 weeks from when our company receives your final order).

"I really appreciate you helping my team go to nationals. Your cups should be here in 6-8 weeks, and I will give you a call to arrange a time for me to deliver the cups to you personally."
